This is an exciting role within the Brown-Forman UK Sales Operations team, responsible for support and coordination of internal processes which are essential for effective customer management and sales efficiency and productivity. This includes customer and product data analysis and processing, administration for the Sales division and building relationships with and working with internal and external stakeholders to contribute to the development of business plans and strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sales analysis in channel of responsibility, processing sales data and reports relating to forecasts, plans, and budget processes used within the sales organization

  • Prepare analysis and recommendations for a variety of internal stakeholders

  • Manage systems and tools, such as SalesForce, for the sales function, including integration and maintenance

  • Coordinate Salesforce quotas, sales variable incentives and sales reports essential to the sales organization

  • Coordinate promotion information and data across commercial functions and product allocation across customers, maintaining price lists, customer pricing, pricing reviews and implementation.

  • Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement, facilitating a culture of continuous process improvement

  • Implement enabling technologies, including CRM, to field sales teams, monitoring compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM data

Experience

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Business or related area. Experience in wine and spirits or luxury FMCG industries is preferable
