Night Operations Support
City Wide Maintenance is seeking a detail-oriented person to work with our Account Managers in central Maryland to oversee Building & Facility Services provided to our clients, and to interact with independent contractor teams to proactively monitor and report compliance with scope of work. Typical work week is Monday thru Friday, normally late afternoon thru midnight. We are looking for someone interested in working 30 to 40 hours per week. Reliable transportation and always current vehicle insurance are required.
In Night Ops support, you are City Wide's eyes and ears after regular business hours, developing working relationships with field teams, acting as evening point person & communicating to the account manager regarding issues resolution, suggested strategies/services and building inspections. We also love to hear recommendations about how things can be done even better.
The selected candidate(s) will work closely with our Operations team to ensure happy clients. We will count on this person to grow in the role to feel competent to make solid judgement calls. The position is non-exempt/hourly (starting pay $14.00 to $18.00/hour based on experience) and includes mileage reimbursement, phone allowance, Quarterly bonus plan, Tenure bonus and other potential benefits.

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, in partnership with the Account Manager & others
- Very Good communication skills - Bilingual (Spanish) is a big plus
- Energetic, hard-working, dependable, detail-oriented, supportive of company objectives
- Self-Starter, responsive, honest. Have a Sense of URGENCY
- Janitorial experience helpful, but not a requirement
- Related experience and/or training
- High school diploma or equivalent
- MS Office working knowledge
- Reliable transportation / On-Time attendance
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, service agreements and scopes of work
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Successful background check and drug screen
