This position This position will support the marketing department in all daily marketing activities in the development and the implementation of short and long-term marketing strategies, animations, and advertising campaigns to create and increase brand awareness.
What you'll do:
By fulfilling the main mission of this role, you will contribute to all of the 5 pillars of the Group strategy: people-centric, brand-builder, consumer-obsessed, digitally minded, and committed to responsible beauty.
Work with Brand Manager to define base on brand strategy and guidelines, the elements and the display units that will be used to support the launch of a new product while keeping in mind budget, timelines, and allocation.
Maintaining an annual project calendar to ensure deadline are respected
Review all invoices related to a new product launch before payment is process
In charge of the production / execution of national promotions (HPPs/SPPs), on counter decoration for new product launches and/or other special events, respecting guidelines, together with the given budget, while avoiding any delay or production and /or installation.
Coordinates and follow up with suppliers' productions on all in-store visuals and collateral related to new product launches and facilitate execution to the stores.
Communicate to the sales team merchandising collateral and visuals guidelines on a monthly basis.
Work hand in hand with the designer for any New store opening to define Merchandising elements
In charge of the creation and updating planograms – by client and by brand by semester.
Overseeing marketing/merchandising material and monitoring inventory and forecasts
Assist with managing and executing national events: seminars, retailer meetings, etc.
Work with creatives on designs and production for all event related collateral and manage timelines for delivery
Assist the Marketing Team with the management of regional files
Assist the Marketing Team with the preparation of marketing presentations and plans
Maintain an updated data base of all the stores for marketing purposes.

- Bachelor's in Business or related
- MBA is a plus
- Availability to travel extensively
- Availability to multi-task
- Customer Relations development oriented
- Spanish and English, French is a plus
