Minimum 1- 4 years of experience in support or end-user software support demonstrating software troubleshooting skills
- Strong experience in Microsoft Office in specific to MS Word and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills needed for documentation, e-mail, and announcements
- Data correction, Data cleansing
Work closely with customers to understand their business process and provide them best solution.
Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills required, including the ability to interact with technical and business users at all levels
