We are recruiting for our Team in Mexico are currently seeking to hire an Administrative Assistant

 

To provide secretarial, clerical, and administrative support for the office and senior Clinical Operations management.
A. Duties and Responsibilities:
 Performs administrative support; for Regional Director and other specified individuals; and
related duties which are broad, varied, and often of a complex/confidential manner
(e.g., handling telephone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, completing
Expense Reports, composing/types correspondence, etc.).
 Coordinates and assists with various meetings/minutes (e.g. monthly Clinical Pharmacology
All Staff Meeting, monthly Senior Management Group Meeting, Round Table Meeting,
quarterly Safety Committee Meeting, weekly Study Triage Meetings, monthly Revenue
Recognition Meeting, etc.).
 Supports department's efforts on scheduling activities including client visits, travel
arrangements, scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, agendas, etc.
 Schedules travel for Clinical Pharmacology staff.
 Coordinates Clinical Pharmacology sponsored meetings and conferences held externally.
 Tracks Customer Satisfaction Surveys sent and received and reports data to the appropriate
staff on a monthly basis.
 Tracks KRI information for Clinical Pharmacology and reports data to the appropriate staff on a monthly basis.
 Maintains files.

Serves as a back up for the front desk/switchboard.
 Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education/Qualifications:

Associate Degree.
 Requires unquestionable customer service skills, meticulousness, and ability to be persistent
while maintaining tact.
 Strong English writing and communication skills.
 Ability to type 50 wpm preferred.
 Advanced knowledge of computers and programs (e.g., word processing, excel, power point)
 Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with many interruptions.
 Requires great attention to detail

Experience:

Required: 
 5 years in an executive administrative support role.
 Knowledge of science or a scientific background is preferred.
 Additional experience may be substituted for education requirements.
