The IVL Exchanges PMO is looking for driven, high performance leaders to join the team to support senior level governance meetings (L2, L3 and Board of Directors) that communicate strategy and other senior leader communication venues. The right candidate will manage the cadence and roster of executive business communication forums, feel very comfortable telling a story in powerpoint to senior leaders, while also managing the 20 plus teams that support implementation of the IVL Exchange business. The ideal candidate can absorb feedback and quickly incorporate it into work product, troubleshoot issues and seek collaborative problem solving resolutions across the governance structure. Required Qualifications
High Power Point proficiency. Executive Communication skills. Familiarity with Public Exchanges helpful. Excellent PowerPoint and storyboarding skills required. Clear written and verbal communication skills essential.

Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Board of Directors and senior level communication vehicles.

Bachelor's Degree
