CVS Health is looking for a dynamic Category Manager- HealthHUBs! On this, creative team, you will identify fact-based strategic opportunities in your assigned front store team to grow sales and margin through enhanced customer experiences to support our mission of Helping People on their Path to Better Health. HealthHUBs continue to evolve, and on this team it is essential to be comfortable with ambiguity and accomplished at navigating around obstacles.
•You will fully manage assigned merchandise categories and will have a full scope of responsibility for achieving budgeted sales and gross margin within Health Hub format stores.
•You will deliver sales and margin goals in assigned category by achieving targets to include : growth, sales, contribution margin, inventory turns and GMROII; manage all drivers of profit and loss for the business within HealthHUB format stores. You will also develop and implement category plans (i.e., plan optimal SKU mix; Extracare loyalty program; weekly, seasonal, annual promotional programs) for merchandising programs from 1 to 3 years that reflect deep personal knowledge of our businesses, customers and clients.
•You will initiate and execute strategic promotional strategies and marketing plans and sustain a strong understanding of current competition; and search out new competitive opportunities.
•You will also oversee vendor management to include: collaborating, interviewing, and negotiating with manufacturers and vendors to ensure product placement and product strategy that grow sales and profitability along with compliance orientation to maintain integrity of data, systems and partnerships with vendors
•You will collaborate internally with a team of CVS professionals in Inventory, Pricing, Promotion, Finance, Store Brands, Store Design and Store Operations and may oversee other positions, including an Assistant Category Manager and a Merchandising Administrative Assistant.

•5+ years' of experience developing and executing plans, reviewing data, consumer insights and identifying business opportunities to deliver expected financial and share results.
•5+ years' experience developing cohesive category strategies to deliver on both short-term and long term goals and adapts change based on consumer/market dynamics.
•5+years' experience collaborating with cross functional team members, internally and with suppliers.
•Must be willing to travel at least 5-10%
•Previous category management or consulting experience
Bachelor's degree required. MBA preferred.
