Job Description
Qualifying candidates may be eligible for a sign on bonus of up to $5,000

Remote role. Candidate can work anywhere in the U.S.

Available Schedules:
Monday - Friday 11:00am – 8pm EST.
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5pm EST

Provides consistent, high quality consultations regarding worksite issues to account representatives, plan sponsors and employees and coordinates onsite interventions for critical incidents.

Required Qualifications
Current valid unrestricted independent behavioral health licensure to practice per state regulations (Ex: LPC, LSCW, LMHC, LMFT)
Master's degree in a behavioral health field
3+ years of post-graduate behavioral health experience
Experience working with diverse populations
Excellent computer skills including MS Office applications such as Excel, Word and Outlook.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks

COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement

Failure to provide timely proof of your COVID-19 vaccination status will result in the termination of your employment with CVS Health.
  • If you are unable to be fully vaccinated due to disability, medical condition, pregnancy, or religious belief, you will be required to apply for a reasonable accommodation within the first 30 days of your employment in order to remain employed with CVS Health. As a part of this process, you will be required to provide information or documentation about the reason you cannot be vaccinated. If your request for an accommodation is not approved, then your employment may be terminated.


Preferred Qualifications
CISM/crisis management experience and skills
Experience in EAP (Employee Assistance Programs)
SAP trained and qualified to work with DOT-regulated clients strongly preferred
CEAP strongly preferred
Call Center experience preferred

Education
Master's degree in a behavioral health field
