Job Description
Accountable for the strategic alignment and operational success of assigned VBC provider relationships. Ensures that assigned VBC arrangements are functioning successfully and working to improve quality of care while reducing costs.

Relationship Management
Coordinates a cross-functional team of resources in order to implement and maintain VBC arrangements
Understands the terms of the VBC arrangements to answer questions/address issues
Responsible for establishing and maintaining a productive, professional relationships
Sets the tone for the relationship
Educates internal and external parties as needed to ensure compliance with contract terms and expectations
Coordinates provider meetings and optimizes interactions (clinical meetings, JOCs, Informatics discussions, etc.)
Assists with workflow development and strategies to integrate data and reporting

Deal Performance Management
Responsible for driving improvement in deal performance
Leverages reporting/data to monitor contract performance against financial, clinical, cost and efficiency targets
Identifies areas where improvements need to be made
Provides strategy consultation on actions/tactics to make those improvements

Required Qualifications
3+ years experience in a health plan, health system or provider organization, ACO / managed-care experience preferred
Experience managing matrixed staff with ability to leverage non-directs to complete tasks.
Proven ability to interact with, influence and collaborate with colleagues at all levels of an organization.
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to form strong client relationships.
Understanding of Provider Contracting, Plan Design and Product Offerings

As a part of this process, you will be required to provide information or documentation about the reason you cannot be vaccinated. Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of project management experience in a health plan, health system or provider organization
5+ years of client management
Proven track record managing complex projects and or programs that resulted in cost savings.

Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
