Provide a wide range of administrative duties for a manager or managers with regional or national scope. Compiles and analyzes complex data for specialized reports, manages calendar, develops presentation material providing charts and graphs, and coordinate meeting agendas. Responsible for coordination of meeting agendas and minutes. Accountable for follow-up on issues identified in meetings (e.g., staff assignments, etc.) Communicates and/or coordinates manager's instructions and requests with various individuals and/or departments. Responsible for follow-up. Coordinates Mangers' outside professional and civic obligations Prepares specialized reports, gathering, summarizing and analyzing data and developing recommendations for manager. Participates and/or leads special projects.
3+ years in an executive administration/support role
Expertise in MS Office applications
Knowledge of Medicaid programs
Knowledge of CVS policies and Processes
