Exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team with Finance for a Fortune 5 company!
Join the Pharmacy Segment Financial Planning and Analysis team and help support the transformation of our cost platforms. This role will support the development of a methodology for the finance team to better support the pricing of our business and help to understand direct costs associated with various activities across the organization.
The successful candidate in this position will assist with the understanding of our cost structure and cost base across the organization to ensure we understand the build-up of all expenses and be able to establish standard operating procedures.
Candidates should:
- Have related work experience in finance or accounting. Health care industry experience is helpful but not required
- Possess strong technical skills with Excel, VBA, Alteryx, Tableau (Excel preferred; any are helpful to have)
- Have experience in Financial Planning, Analysis and Reporting
- Be able to build and bridge different uses of terminology, methodically approach new situations and translate concept requirements to expense management teams
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Possess strong analytical and problem resolution skills
- Be able to communicate effectively with a diverse audience
- Encourage teamwork and a positive environment to improve team effectiveness
- Be resourceful and can quickly and successfully adapt to change
- Have an interest in building a long-term career within CVS Health Finance

Required Qualifications
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, reporting or related

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP (S4/Fiori/Analytics for Office)
- Fortune 500 or healthcare industry experience
- Cost allocation experience
- Advance skills with Excel and Powerpoint

Education
Bachelor's Degree required; Preferably in Finance, Business, Accounting or related field.
