Job Description
This role will be supporting a Key Enterprise Initiative (KEI) sponsored directly by the CEO and CFO. The KEI impacts the entire organization and requires strong strategic planning, project oversight and executive communication skills.

The Finance organization will be responsible for the following:
1. Identification and execution of any external reporting and/or statutory filing requirements as a result of the KEI
2. Valuation of the KEI opportunity and messaging to the investor community
3. Business continuity planning to ensure critical financial processes are not disrupted during the changes required as a result of the initiative

Seeking applicants with a strong financial analysis, modeling and reporting background to provide analysis, recommendations, and forward-looking guidance across a strategic plan/roadmap. Applicant should have ability to self-start and self-direct work in an evolving environment, be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and tight turn around deadlines. Additionally, strong problem solving and analysis skills, combined with sound business judgment and ability to communicate with management team are needed.

Desired background is Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience. Preferred qualifications: CPA certification or audit experience

Required Qualifications
4+ years of project management, financial management or financial planning and analysis experience
4+ years of progressive management experience

COVID Requirements

Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of:
• Internal business knowledge (finance and department business).

Skilled In:
• Experience with forecasting
• Project management experience
• Experience in using SAP S4/HANA a plus
• External reporting or audit experience

Ability To:
• Influence areas outside of direct control.
• Work across a multi ledger, multi business environment
• Develop quick insights and analysis that turn into management decision points
• Balance “what we need now” and “looking ahead”

Bachelors degree required; Masters preferred
