Produces data for senior management in IT organizations. Provides insightful analysis in response to management requests for ad hoc reports.
Works effectively across multiple units supporting the Enterprise Compute Services organization
Assists and develops IT communication vehicles for internal and external presentations/speeches.
Manages technical support, design and coding for Infrastructure organization's websites i.e. Microsoft Teams site
Supports and helps drive adherence to IT processes, procedures, tools, and controls for service delivery and service support.
Owns Training management for the ECS organization including tracking, communications, management of training licenses, continuous improvement and more.
Primary contact for SOWs processing from initial receipt through the entire approval flow for the organization.
Responsible for handling various administrative tasks including, organizing employee records, managing files and generating reporting when required.
Supports tracking initiatives and due dates, sending out reminders and following up to ensure timelines are met. Owns annual employee engagement survey activities and other operational tasks and presentations.
