CVS Health has an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacist Supervisor in our Specialty mail service pharmacy located in Chandler Arizona.
The primary responsibility of the Pharmacist Supervisor is to oversee a staff of Pharmacists, and to provide direction to other professional and non-professional staff within Pharmacy operations. Other Responsibilities include directing daily workflow, interviewing/hiring, evaluating and monitoring performance, Coaching and counseling, providing disciplinary actions and abiding by all department policies and procedures. Another key area is patient satisfaction, staff development and growth, ensuring accuracy and strict quality. Other Duties/tasks may be assigned.

- Proven Ability to effectively manage people and provide team leadership.
- Extreme accuracy, attention to detail and data interpretation and collection.
- Ability to effectively work in teams and coordinate work efforts.
- Proven ability to evaluate work, process flow and to ensure optimal efficiencies.
- Ability to coach, counsel and develop talent.
- Minimum 4 years of pharmacy work experience with at least 2 years of management and or lead experience.
- Licensed and in good standing Pharmacist in the state of Arizona.
Additional Pharmacist state licenses, or desire to obtain.
Business as whole mindset. Engagement, communication and stellar attendance record.
Pharm. D or a Bachelors degree in Pharmacy
