Job Description
-Manages, interprets, and transforms operational and financial data into analysis providing consultation and support to internal and external stakeholders. Role will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously.

-Works with advisers from key functional areas to understand potential project impact on the organization, align project work, and execute activities accordingly.

-Influences change to business processes, policies, and system infrastructure to improve information quality, availability, and access.

-Presents to internal/external customers, constituents, and business partners, utilizing strong business and systems knowledge.

-Build and manage end-to-end project plans, and monitor/report on progress. Effectively manage scope and dependencies. Identify risks and issues and proactively resolve/mitigate them. Ensure that the project is delivered on time, within cost and meeting quality expectations.

-Leverage analytical skills and problem solving skills to create data visualizations to support business performance.

-Demonstrate business analytics expertise to manage and meet customer needs.

Required Qualifications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 3-5 years of data interpretation and analysis experience.
• 3-5 years of project management or project lead
experience.
• Demonstrated process improvement experience
• Advanced Excel Skills
• Basic Tableau Skills

Preferred Qualifications
• Self-Funded Insurance Experience.
• Advanced Tableau desktop skills
• Advanced SQL skills
• Advanced Office 365 skills
• Visio
• Six Sigma certification (or comparable)

Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
