As the Co-Op Consultant you will be:
Accountable for assigned close processes which include reporting, researching and correcting any discrepancies within the month.
Review and record funding earned from Co-Op events and ensure proper booking and recording of events on a weekly and monthly basis.
Create all necessary journal entries for the monthly gross margin close.
Responsible for monthly reconciliation of multiple accounts against the general ledger balances utilizing automated and/or manual processes.
Partner with key members of Finance, Merchandising and vendors to research and resolve issues as needed.
Weekly manufacturer coupon journal entries and reporting.
Work on Co-Op aged invoice report to collect on outstanding balances.
Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis.
1+ years of experience in accounting

Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications specifically Excel.
Knowledge of SAP

Bachelors Degree required; preferably in Accounting; or equivalent work experience.
