CVS Health's Enterprise Analytics team is seeking a Front Store Analytics Sr. Consultant who will take a hypothesis-driven approach to surface consumer and campaign insights that can be turned into actionable executable campaign plans. You will need the ability to multi-task, to be able to quickly transform data into actionable customer centric insights in fast moving and energizing environment.
•Work with a multitude of teams to analyze promotional vehicles performance, present out findings to leadership and make recommendations to improve the customer performance in a short timeframe.
•Support the experimentation measurement results for the retail marketing channels including, but not limited to email, direct mail, OAR's, push notifications, and SMS campaigns.
•Work with our business partners to develop solutions for campaign needs to meet the specific needs of the Extra Care loyalty programs.
•Utilize Teradata SQL and SAS (and other statistical tools) to develop data driven customer insights and campaigns deep dive analysis to better inform the team on future campaigns.
•Participate and take a lead role in project teams that utilize customer behavior information in their marketing processes, including Merchandising, Loyalty and Promotional Planning.
•Own, Develop and Present dashboards associated with campaign performance, store operation changes and customer behavior.
•Have a keen eye to look CVS customers through various lenses and help on improving loyalty for various customer group.
•Work with internal finance team for Budgeting & Forecasting for various marketing channels
•3+ years of experience with SQL
•2+ years of experience working in with retail loyalty solutions – specially email, direct mail, and OAR channels
•2+ years of Customer/Campaign analysis experience
•Experience working in small teams in high pressure environments
•Experience developing hypothesis-based solutions and strategies
•Experience presenting analytical findings to audiences at all levels
•Ability to concisely explain complex analytical finding to non-analytic peers and internal customers
•Experience measuring Marketing campaigns
•Deep understanding of Retail and or data driven marketing, campaign analysis, customer analytics (loyalty, reactivation, retention), CRM or database marketing, and A/B and Multivariate testing
•Excellent communication skills to communicate complicated mathematical problems to business partners.
•Experience with wide variety of Advanced Analytics techniques; Statistical analysis including Statistical modeling experience is preferred
•Experience with multiple data platforms including clouding base and terabyte level database such as Azure Data Lake is a plus but not a must
Bachelor's degree in marketing analytics, statistics, mathematics, or related field - Master's degree preferred
