Deloitte Government and Public\nServices (GPS) Advisory LLP advises clients on managing business controversy\nand conflict, executing deals, and maintaining regulatory compliance. We\nprovide services to companies throughout their lifecycle from purchasing a\ncompany to investigating potential fraud.

\n\n

\n\n

Our\nGPS Advisory Forensic practice provides\ninvestigative expertise to analyze events, people, entities, and financial data\nin order to extract relevant insights for our Federal clients' mission-critical\nneeds.

\n\n

\n\n

We\nare currently seeking highly\ntrained Investigators and Intelligence Specialists to support and\nassist our Federal clients with various professional services to include\ncommercially enabled intelligence, forensic accounting, analytics, and discovery\nservices to help address complex investigative programs.

\n\n





Work you'll do

\n\n
  • Research, document, and analyze data related to foreign acquisitions of U.S. businesses filed by parties to initiate CFIUS reviews.
  • Process filings and related administrative steps, such as distribution of materials to other CFIUS members, preparation of letters to parties regarding status of the filing, preparation of case summaries, and management of paper flow related to the case.
  • Review filings to assess satisfaction of regulatory information requirements, and identification of areas where additional information is necessary for a filing to be accepted.
  • Review and analyze a wide range of financial, business, and intelligence data, and assisting with the development of analysis to support the processing of CFIUS cases and the production of administrative records documenting the factual and legal basis for such action.
  • Develop strategies to mitigate national security risks posed by transactions and drafting mitigation terms.
  • Prepare analysis and recommendations with respect to the proper disposition of cases.

Qualifications



Required

:

\n\n
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
  • Experience performing due diligence investigations.
  • Experience with data gathering and analysis, as well as business analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform technical writing.
  • Familiarity with intel-derived best practices to address complex problems within both intelligence and law enforcement communities.
  • Problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives.

Preferred

:

  • Possess a working knowledge of,\nand experience in, national security, foreign investments, critical technology\nsectors, and the international business environment.
