We're\nlooking for an autonomous self-starter with outstanding organizational and\nprogram management skills—a strategic thinker who's also a natural\ncollaborator. As a Client Account Manager (CAM) in Deloitte's Government and\nPublic Sector Industry, you'll work with senior leaders, enabling account teams\nto deliver the best of Deloitte, strengthen relationships with our most\nimportant clients, and accelerate growth for the Firm. With a client-first\nmindset, you will align with Deloitte's businesses to execute business\npriorities and expand our services footprint, help develop and deliver Green\nDot account strategies to address client issues, bring insights and leading\npractices to accounts, and drive operational efficiencies to keep client\nservice PPMDs and professionals client-facing and help account teams win work.

How You'll Operate

\n\n

You\nwill serve as “chief operating officer”, flexing the role you play as you\ndeliver against account priorities, serving as:

\n\n

· Catalyst\nto spur the realization of our client's vision and goals, accelerating growth\nobjectives;

\n\n

· Strategist\nto engage with account and firm leadership to determine strategies vital to\nmaximizing successful client performance;

\n\n

· Steward\nto protect and build our brand with our client while seeking opportunities to\nreduce risks for our clients and the firm; and,

\n\n

· Operator\nto effectively and efficiently manage across the account operating model to\noptimize performance and client results.

\n\n



Work You'll Do

\n\n

Responsibilities will be based on specific client relationship objectives and the priorities of the account\nleadership team. You will deliver across the “Account Excellence Model”,\na holistic framework for managing world-class accounts, which includes:

\n\n

· Client:\nClient Relationship Strategy and Implementations; Client Accelerators and\nExecutive Programs/Experiences; Marketing and Eminence; Pursuit Management

\n\n

· Strategic:\nAccount Strategy and Planning (strategy, operating model, and strategic\ninitiatives)

\n\n

· Leadership:\nLeader Development (connectivity, successions, transitions, etc.)

\n\n

· Quality\nand Risk: Confidential Information Program, Firm Compliance/Independence, and\nLegal/Contracting

\n\n

· People:\nTalent and Teambuilding/Team Management

\n\n

· Financial:\nFinancial Management and Reporting

\n\n

CAMs, like other Deloitte practitioners, are aligned\nto an industry (e.g., Energy, Resources & Industrials, Financial Services;\nConsumer; Life Sciences & Health Care; Government & Public Services; or\nTechnology, Media & Telecom). CAMs help build and execute client service\nstrategies, optimize internal support, and increase efficiencies to enable our\naccount teams to provide the best Deloitte client experience.

Qualifications

\n\n

Required:

\n\n

· \nBachelor's degree

\n\n

· \nDemonstrated account management\nor consulting experience

\n\n

· Minimum 4\nyears' of work experience

\n\n

· \nStrong organizational skills

\n\n

· \nStrong project management skills

\n\n

· \nAbility to adapt to a changing environment

\n\n

· \nExceptional interpersonal and communication skills

\n\n

· \nProficient in Microsoft Office suite –\nstrong PowerPoint and Excel skills\ncritical

\n\n

· \nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills

\n\n

· \nExperience mentoring/counseling others

\n\n\n\n
