Work you'll do:
As a member of the DTTL Global Transformation team, the Senior Consultant will participate in a variety of strategic projects, in the subject areas of Corporate Development, Operations and Information Technology. The Senior Consultant will join the current team whose members come from some of the best global corporations, management consulting firms, investment banks and educational institutions. This role has frequent exposure to the Global Transformation Officer and other senior leaders across Deloitte.

Global Transformation resides within DTTL Operations, which is responsible for executing finance, technology, capital investment, and corporate development projects to chart the strategic direction of DTTL, its businesses, and member firms. Transformation is responsible for defining Deloitte's global transformation strategy and manage related strategic projects to execute.

Role Specific Responsibilities
·Formulate strategy, create implementation plans, and execute strategic projects to completion
· Research solutions, frameworks and methodologies to address specific project needs
·Establish analytical frameworks to identify, prioritize, structure and solve complex business problems
·Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis including use of a wide variety of analytics platforms (e.g. MS Excel and VB, SAP, Qualtrics, Power BI, Tableau, OrgVue)
· Measure and monitor return on investment across businesses and geographies
·Manage multiple projects simultaneously
·Interview and gather data and conduct internal and external research
·Develop effective working relationships with very senior, internal clients
·Develop content for presentations and reports, as well as supporting analytics, for senior DTTL Leadership including CEO, COO, Global Executive team and Global Board, as required
·Support and execute large, complicated projects with multiple stakeholders and coordinate Global Corporate Development discussions with senior leaders
·Work with key Global Transformation stakeholder groups to develop productive relationships
·Work with peers and counterparts in other parts of the Deloitte Global network
Knowledge Sharing / Documentation
·Provide ongoing support to the team Managers, Directors and Transformation Officer
·Work with senior leaders across businesses, geographies and industries
·Contribute to the success of the team by ensuring work quality of the highest level
Outstanding academic background: undergraduate degree with rigorous analytical and quantitative focus.
Years of Experience:
2-4 years of experience. At least 2 years experience from a top tier strategy consulting firm for a Sr. Consultant level.
·Financial modeling skills (IRR, DCF, accretion/dilution)
· Knowledge of corporate development, strategy development, competitive strategy and scenario planning
·High degree of comfort working in an unstructured environment that requires solving complex, open-ended issues with incomplete data and little direction
·Ability to synthesize large sets of data and integrate into meaningful reports and recommendations
·Strong quantitative skills, augmented by analytic platform use
·Outstanding analytical, research and presentation skills
·Superior PowerPoint and Excel skills required

·Proactive and results-oriented player who wants to help build a high performance team
· Collegial team player who can work in a small team environment
·Comfortable working in a global, matrixed environment
·Ability to work well under pressure and act in utmost confidentiality with sensitive leadership information
