Cyber Compliance Monitoring Analyst

Work You'll Do

You will serve as a Cyber Analyst within the Deloitte US Information Technology Services (ITS) Cyber Security Compliance Monitoring group. You will support the execution and continual enhancement of the security and technology compliance monitoring program, including cloud platforms and applications.


• Assist with expansion of enterprise compliance monitoring program
• Support and execute enhancements for the continuous monitoring program
• Perform independent assessments and communicate results to IT Leadership
• Review and leverage results of relevant control tests and assessments performed by other internal and external teams for individual engagements and as part of the ongoing continuous monitoring program
• Assist with consulting on remediation plans, gap and issue management, remediation validation, and Management/Leadership reporting
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvements to the risk management process, controls monitoring
• Support initiatives to educate Technology functions on technology security and compliance requirements according to regulatory requirements, firm policy, data classification, client commitments, etc.
• Provide notification of updated compliance requirements to technology functions due to client, regulatory and firm policy updates
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Cyber Security

Cyber Security vigilantly protects Deloitte and client data. The team leads a strategic cyber risk program that adapts to a rapidly changing threat landscape, changes in business strategies, risks, and vulnerabilities. Using situational awareness, threat intelligence, and building a security culture across the organization, the team helps to protect the Deloitte brand.

Qualifications

Required:
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Understanding and experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google
• Experience with information technology security programs, audits, controls, assessments, risk assessments, or remediation management
• Demonstrated proficiency in Security and Compliance, including information security and technology regulatory requirements (SOC 2, ISO27001, NIST800-53, PCAOB, CSA, etc.)
• Experience with Governance, Risk & Compliance tools
• Strong communication, report writing and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
• Excellent time management and related organizational skills including appropriate sense of urgency and a proactive approach
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration or equivalent educational or professional experience and/or qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
 
Preferred:
• Advanced degree
• Experience working with remote and virtual teams
• Experience with ServiceNow Governance, Risk & Compliance
• Industry certifications (e.g., CISA, CISM, CISSP, CCSP and/or other equivalent licenses/certifications)
• Experience with Microsoft Applications – Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Skype
