Work you'll do:

  In this unique and interesting role working with the Design Senior Manager,you will providespecialized support and guidance for Deloitte's CoRe Shared Service: DataProtection Assessment Services (DPAS) by: •Servingas a subject matter expert in privacy, technology risk, data protection,confidentiality, and data residency.

  • Managing development of processes, templates, and guidancethat support the assessment process and underscore a consistent methodology andcustomer experience.
  • Championing the principles of Data Protection by Designand identifying unique ways to integrate DPbD across Deloitte.
•Developingand delivering training to the assessment team, service/technology teams, andother stakeholders throughout the network. •Monitoringthe privacy landscape for regulatory changes associated with data privacy, data protection, data confidentiality,data classification, and data residency. •Compilinga data risk knowledge bank containing country/Member Firm unique dataprotection and personal or client data processing requirements. •Deliveringassessments of projects when required. In this role,you will collaborate with Office of General Counsel, Global Privacy andConfidentiality, Deloitte Firms, business unit leaders, and multiplestakeholders to design and implement the data protection assessment of servicesand technologies impacting multiple geographies

You will bringstrategic, operational, and relationship management skills, as well as a keenunderstanding of the data protection risk assessment process, to support thetimely and accurate provision of assessment services. To be consideredfor this role, there are certain qualifications you'll have to have.

 

Required:

  ·At least five to seven years of dataprotection and/or legal experience   ·Proven ability to analyze, model andinterpret data   ·In-depth understanding of dataregulatory and contractual requirements   ·Ability to lead change and act aschange agent   ·Ability to work with individuals fromdifferent geographies   ·Excellent written/verbal communicationand listening skills   ·Excellent leadership presence with theability to build credibility, consensus and trust across organizational levels   ·Ability to work successfully in a matrixedenvironment   ·Strong people management andstakeholder influencing skills   ·Ability to prioritize deployment in afast-paced environment  

Education and experience:

  ·Legal Degree with Privacy/Complianceexperience, Technology Degree, and/ or a related field (or equivalent).   ·Compliance, Risk, Privacy, ClientConfidentiality, Audit, Investigative, Legal and/or Technology experience
  • International Association of Privacy ProfessionalsCertification (CIPP-E, CIPT, CIPM, etc.)
English fluencyrequired
