Finance & Administration Transformation Change & Communications Manager (East Coast working hours)
The work you'll do
The Transformation team is looking for a Change Manager to support the design, implementation, and evolution of change strategies and plans to engage, inspire, and motivate people to embrace the significant changes that are required to drive the business forward. The Change Manager will work with senior business leaders to understand their needs and address them through executable strategic change initiatives. We are looking for someone with strong change management and communication abilities who has deep experience in creatively managing change within complex organizations. Responsibilities include:
- Conduct the execution, analysis, and reporting of adoption assessments to develop the change plan and drive improved adoption
- Perform stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments for key stakeholder groups as required
- Develop key messaging across stakeholder groups
- Recommend and coordinate engagement activities to support leadership in communicating the changes to stakeholders
- Partner with other communication teams to develop and disseminate content into appropriate channels and ensure alignment with branding and communications protocols
- Develop enablement materials for change networks to articulate the vision narrative to support them in cascading key messages
- Work closely with subject matter experts across the program initiatives and leadership to ensure coordination of transformation messaging across all topic areas
- Liaise with other workstreams to provide updates on the Change Management and Communications workstream and collect information to be incorporated into the change management plan
The FA Transformation group is a small internal consulting group that supports the Deloitte CFO in executing strategic initiatives. Some examples of these initiatives include leading the Finance Transformation for global Deloitte firms, assessing the organizational structure and strategic priorities of Finance & Administration, identifying and implementing digital finance solutions, and helping the Deloitte businesses achieve more predictable, profitable growth through enhanced tools and processes.
Qualifications and requirements:
Professional with 5+ years\nof relevant experience in change management and/or communications related to\nstrategic transformations; previous work experience with a top-tier consulting firm preferred
Extremely high\nattention to detail with exceptional writing and editing skills
Strong executive\npresence and the ability to work with and influence senior leaders
Comfort with\nambiguity and the ability to logically structure issues and determine\nrecommended resolutions
Strategic thinker\nwith the ability to make connections across workstreams and matrixed\norganizations
Superior project\nmanagement skills with demonstrated experience successfully managing a cross-functional\nor cross-departmental team on a complex project
Ability to generate and execute creative ideas\nrelated to making communications engaging and distinctive
Ability to work well\nunder pressure and effectively and professionally navigate tough situations
\n Demonstrated ability to work\n independently and collaboratively with a team, but also be a self-starter
Demonstrated commitment to integrity and\n confidentiality
Excellent\nproficiency in MS PowerPoint
Undergraduate degree\nin business, change management, organization effectiveness or communications\nrequired; MBA or graduate degree preferred
