NetSuite Technical Architect - Manager

Work you'll do

\n

A Technical Architect at Deloitte works within an engagement team and is responsible for identifying business requirements, requirements management, functional design, prototyping, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), testing, training, defining support procedures, leading work streams and supporting implementations.

Architect, Implement and deploy NetSuite solutions:

Responsibilities:

•\tLead/Support engagement planning and budgeting

•\tLead overall solution architecture and develop solution conceptual design

•\tWork with client teams to review and get sign-off on architecture and design documents

•\tMobilize and manage engagement delivery team

•\tManage project deliverables and review quality of deliverable

•\tProject management reporting

•\tManage/Support project economics

•\tLead/Support client pursuits and lead technical sections of a proposal

•\tLead/Support internal initiatives

•\tLed teams that performed designed and validated application architecture frameworks and supporting functionality

•\tWorked closely with the functional and testing teams to understand their functional requirements and the impact to the application architecture

•\tSupport configuration and change management teams who were responsible for application deployments

Our Digital Customer team focuses on designing and implementing sales and service experiences, capabilities, and architectures to bring customer strategies to life. Our ambition is to be the best in the world at driving customer transformation through the development of clever commercial strategies, distinctive experiences, and the application of digital technologies. We help make the “creative digital consultancy” real and in doing so, make new markets.

\n\n

Professionals will serve our clients through the following types of work:

\n

• Sales Excellence & Service Excellence | delivers sales and service strategies and plans, operating model definition, incentive design and implementation, and operations support for digitally-enabled sales, channel, and customer service capabilities

\n

• Digital Experience | creates engaging omni-channel digital experiences across web, mobile, AR/VR, voice, gesture, IoT, and video

\n

• Flexible Consumption | the commercial strategy, operating model definition, and capability delivery of subscription/flexible consumption business models

\n

• Digital Foundry | a flexible, end-to-end delivery model emphasizing innovation and disruption

\n

• DigitalMix | an integrated set of platforms to enable business re-platforming

\n\n



Qualifications

\n

•\t5+ years of experience implementing NetSuite as technical solution architect or technical lead or development manager

•\tIn depth knowledge of NetSuite cloud platform, integration capabilities, development data conversion tools

•\tMust have led at least 3 medium to large size ERP implementation projects as technical team thread lead

•\tKnowledge of 1 or 2 Cloud applications such as SFDC, Workday, Apttus, Zaro or others is required

•\tMust have deep experience in at least one middleware platform such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi or others

•\tMust have deep knowledge of SDLC process in ERP implementation area

•\tMust have experience managing 6+ team size teams, experience working with Offshore team is nice to have

•\tLeading teams through IT Strategy initiatives

•\tAbility to work independently and manage multiple task assignments

•\tStrong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)

•\tStrong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

• Eagerness to mentor junior staff

• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
