Product Lifecycle Management Senior Consultant

We advise, implement, and operate transformational solutions that bring world-class supply network and operational capabilities to our clients. We provide operational know-how, digital technologies, advanced analytics, and industry-specific hybrid solutions to deliver unprecedented client value. Additionally, we improve operations, product, and material flow across the breadth of the value chain and create greater supply network synergy and value through M&A events.

The team – About Product Strategy, Development and Lifecycle Management Practice

Deloitte's Product Strategy, Development and Lifecycle Management practice works with organizations to optimize product attributes and offerings to drive growth and improve cost. We assist clients in improving Product Development processes and deliver Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions to enable digital lifecycle management of products.

Work you'll do

Maintain subject matter expertise on key capabilities such as innovation management, product and portfolio management, road mapping, emerging technologies (data analytics, IoT, etc.), Design for X, and product complexity reduction. Conduct detailed analysis on effectiveness and maturity of current capabilities and develop frameworks to synthesize complex client issues and solve client challenges. Run PLM technology engagements and drive team to develop executive level communications and presentations to display and communicate strategic ideas and plans from initial storyboarding to logical structuring. Coordinate and facilitate interviews, workshops, and readouts with senior leaders.



  • 8+ years of experience in implementing one of the following: Siemens Teamcenter, Windchill, Oracle Cloud PLM or Enovia
  • 8+ years consulting and/or industry experience is required
  • Experience leading or managing teams and change initiatives (especially in a project management role)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science/Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Ability to travel 80%
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
