Process Automation Senior Analyst

Work you'll do/Responsibilities

Time will be spent working on break fixes/support and gathering new requirements and passing along to offshore team for new process automation script development.

  • Plan and lead the design, testing, documenting and implementation of new processes
  • Gather functional and technical requirements effectively by working closely with the client team
  • Use problem-solving and analytical skills to plan, design, implement, upgrade and support existing processes
  • Provide support for existing automation processes

The Team

Our Systems Engineering team delivers large-scale software applications and integrated systems, and assists clients with architecture design, assessment and optimization, and definition. We develop service-oriented architecture (SOA) and other integration solutions to enable information sharing and management between business partners and disparate processes and systems, and we deliver technology enablement to support CIO services transformation.

Systems Engineering professionals focus on key client issues that impact the core business by maximizing operational value, driving down the cost of quality, and enhancing technology innovation. Our teams deliver a wide range of services, including application architecture design and optimization, application modernization, business process management and solution integration, custom application design and development, and large-scale technology delivery program efforts.



  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical environment or healthcare IT setting
  • Experience providing Level 2 and 3 support for production scripts

  • Technical and functional requirements gathering experience

  • Independent project work

  • U.S. healthcare experience with hospital billing and revenue cycle knowledge

  • Technical knowledge with Product/Vendor Analysis and software support

  • Experience working directly with vendors

  • Experience in programming concepts, application development, and software development life cycle processes and methodologies

  • Willingness to provide some on-call coverage on Saturdays/Sundays for critical tickets

  • Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation tools

  • Lives within a commutable distance, or be willing to relocate, to the: Denver, Tacoma, Omaha or Houston metro area


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
  • Experience developing test plans and leading testing efforts
  • Programming language knowledge (i.e. C#.NET, VB.NET, C++, Perl, VB6, Python)
  • Understanding of Connection Protocols (i.e. Generic TCP/IP Socket, FTP and sFTP)
  • Experience as a consultant on development and technical initiatives
  • Experience providing documentation for applications and enhancements
  • Has supported standardization of documentation and processes within ITS
  • Experience overseeing other developers in managing break fixes
  • Experience managing complex change management requests
  • Has collaborated in team environments and independently with vendors, business partners and IT teams on projects, support, application development and standardization
  • Experience coordinating technical resources involved in assisting business partners and users in creating requirements and specification creation
  • Has collaborated with business and facility leadership on development of application standardization
