Work\nyou'll do





As a Salesforce Analyst in the Technology group you\nwill:

\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • Support Implementation and\n Operations Management best practices
  • \n
  • Lead and support\n tasks and portions of the project scope on engagements related but not\n limited to Systems Implementation, Operations & Maintenance and\n Helpdesk Operations
  • \n
  • Perform analysis and\n diagnosis of client issues
  • \n
  • Demonstrate a\n foundational understanding of the client environment and overall project\n scope
  • \n
  • Identify and\n solve problems using analysis, experience, and judgment
  • \n
  • Independently\n perform tasks with some guidance to execute a portion of the project scope
  • \n
  • Documentation is necessary\n and should be well aware of contributing to user stories, test scripts,\n training materials
  • \n

Our Digital Customer team focuses on designing and implementing sales and service experiences, capabilities, and architectures to bring customer strategies to life. Our ambition is to be the best in the world at driving customer transformation through the development of clever commercial strategies, distinctive experiences, and the application of digital technologies. We help make the “creative digital consultancy” real and in doing so, make new markets.

Professionals will serve our clients through the following types of work:

\n

• Sales Excellence & Service Excellence | delivers sales and service strategies and plans, operating model definition, incentive design and implementation, and operations support for digitally-enabled sales, channel, and customer service capabilities

\n

• Digital Experience | creates engaging omni-channel digital experiences across web, mobile, AR/VR, voice, gesture, IoT, and video

\n

• Flexible Consumption | the commercial strategy, operating model definition, and capability delivery of subscription/flexible consumption business models

\n

• Digital Foundry | a flexible, end-to-end delivery model emphasizing innovation and disruption

\n

• DigitalMix | an integrated set of platforms to enable business re-platforming

\n\n



Qualifications

•\tPerform configuration and customization of the Salesforce platform

•\tPrior experience in a fast-paced, client-facing environment

• Assist in re-engineering business and system processes \t

• Ability to create and groom user stories in JIRA

•\tPerform functional unit testing and conduct user acceptance testing

•\tTranslate user stories to the technical team and get clarifications from the business

•\tHigh Level of Proficiency with MS Excel, PPT, Visio

•\tStrong-minded, ability to work independently and collaboratively in dynamic team environment

•\tExtremely organized and able to track simultaneous tasks

• Participate in and/or lead efforts to develop and execute testing, training and documentation

• Act as a user advocate to ensure overall system usability and adoption

Produce tangible deliverables (requirements specifications, design deliverables, status reports, project plans)
