Work you'll do
As a Workfront Manager, you'll use your technical program and project management skills to:
Lead Deloitte's internal Workfront COE, responsible for the day-to-day administration and enhancement of Workfront at Deloitte
Assess Workfront's usage at Deloitte and conduct user interviews to understand what's working/what's not and chart the evolution of our programs
Support multiple cross-functional technical teams to deliver their objectives in fast-paced and complex programs and projects
•Help chart the direction of the business (vision)
•Lead Workfront Admins and Internal Technology Services professionals in configuring and implementing proposed Workfront solutions and integrations
•Lead periodic reviews of business processes and develop Workfront optimization strategies
•Stay current on process and IT advancements to automate and modernize Workfront – especially as they relate to understanding and communicating Workfront releases and new features
•Distill critical information gathered from multiple stakeholders into useful reports
•Manage Workfront licensing
•Participate in Workfront Community Forums and local user group meetings
•Meet with teams on a regular basis for status updates

6+ years' experience in core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management
2+ years experience successfully leading small to mid-sized MarTech teams
5+ years proven experience with Workfront, including the ability to create/manage users, create advanced dashboards/reports, and effectively build/administer request queues, task templates, and layout templates
Experience integrating Workfront with other systems
3+ years' experience in analytical, quantitative, communication, and presentation skills needed
Ability to travel up to 20% (While 20% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice).
Must be legally authorized to working in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
•Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
•Experience in managing complex technology infrastructure projects
•Ability to simultaneously work on multiple high-profile project deliverables
•Self-motivated and strong team player.
