Job Details
General Summary:
This role supports the demand intake process for new IT requests by documenting new and existing business processes and requirements critical to all areas and levels of the organization.
- Partner with enterprise level clients, helping stakeholders envision their products, who they're for, and the impact they'll have – capturing the business demands and need.
- Collaborate with clients, internal teams, development teams and design teams to understand user requirements and deliver outstanding experiences
- Crafting strategic roadmaps based on stakeholder prioritization
- Crafting detailed documentation inclusive of high level and detailed business requirements, research studies, and key insights
- Creation of detailed process flows showcasing the inner workings of critical business processes across the organization
- Translate needs and ideas into key actions for delivery teams
- Help plan and facilitate client and team workshops in varying sizes
- Engage in product/market research and crafting research deliverables with unique key insights and learnings for stakeholders to use
- Inspire technical and non-technical teams to reach the best outcome in everything you do
- Supporting all IT clients via the IT Business Integration & Strategy team
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- You understand the lifecycle of a product - from ideation to delivery - and how technology plays a role
- You bring subject matter expertise to key domain areas and contribute new ways of thinking and innovation
- You have experience in strategic planning in these areas:
- Product Design/Development
- Product Research + User Insights
- Product Strategy
- You have 3+ years of experience in business analysis and requirement documentation
- You're inspiring and you can command a room, but you're humble and inclusive
- You're passionate about technology and the retail industry
Qualifications
Work Expereience &/or Education:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related field and/or relevant experience
Experience in retail, retail technology, and other relevant fields.
