- Follow all Food Safety and Sanitation guidelines.
- Completes all production orders accurately and within
- Dunkin' Donuts specifications and standards
- Preparing and decoration donuts according the established recipes and standards.
- Completing side work and tasks in a safe manner while maintaining a clean work area.
- Participates in team work to ensure each task is completed in a timely manner
- Maintain a Proactive, courteous, responsive and respectful work environment.
- Report to work on time as scheduled with a clean, complete uniform.
- Maintain the cleanliness of all production equipment.
Requirements Teamwork:
- Actively learns and partners with manager to complete required Dunkin' Donuts training
- Supports the training of new crew members as requested
- Works well with the team and treats people with respect
- Responds positively to coaching and direction
- Arrives ready to work on time
Profitability:
- Follows all standards to reduce waste
- Follows uniform and grooming standards
- Clocks in and out at the scheduled time
- Adheres to all processes and policies
- Prepares all products following appropriate Dunkin Standards
