We are looking for a Professional Relations Liaison Directorwho will drive referrals and admissions through development of a strong referral database through execution of a strategic marketing plan resulting in increased awareness and utilization of Eating Recovery Center services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee regional PRL team and guide strategy for Eating Recovery Center / Insight Behavioral Health Programs
  • Demonstrate awareness of daily census and work with PRL regional team to handle census driven issues and blockers to admission
  • Develop and execute annual marketing plan and calendar with assigned regional PRL team
  • Adherence to and communication of approved marketing budget that facilities efficiencies and strategic planning
  • Guide performance of PRL team through review of individualized Sales Force dashboards
  • Provide training to assigned regional PRL team in order to increase effectiveness and performance
  • Provide 1:1 supervision/coaching to each PRL team member
  • Utilize Sales Force CRM, provide monthly reports identifying referral sources, admissions, dispositions and trends

Education and/or Experience:

  • Minimum of Bachelors Degree in marketing, business, psychology or the behavioral health field
  • Strong sales background demonstrated by 3-5 or more years account management experience preferable in a healthcare environment
  • Experience with, proficient in Microsoft Office, PDA/iPhone
  • Management experience preferred
