Fluid & Motion Control, a business unit of Emerson Electric has an opportunity for a District Sales Manager in Jacksonville, Florida/ Savannah, Georgia.

  • Strong Ability to target key OEM's & Engineering Firms
  • Ability to influence specification at OEM and key End User accounts
  • Manage and maintain existing distribution and key customers
  • Design & construct products according to requirements/specifications
  • Present key selling points, features and benefits while focusing message on customer need & expectations
  • Must understand technical issues; and can leverage previous technical experience to solve technical problems
  • Ability to solve problems by gathering information and evaluating options
  • Experience in Fluid Automation Products & the marketplace
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Industrial Sales

  • Bachelors engineering is preferred or equivalent experience is required.

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Computer Programs

  • Fluid Power background is required

  • Travel approx. 50-75%
