This position is located in Pearland, TX.
-Issue technical documentation for internal and external use in accordance with standards such as ISO 9001, ANSI/ASME and other applicable regulatory guidelines
-Create order-specific product documentation (certificates of compliance, weld procedures, test reports, etc.) in a timely manner based upon customer specifications and requirements and submit to customers for review and approval
-Support requests for information/documentation from the Sales group or customer at various stages of order fulfillment
-Provide requested documentation to third party inspectors and participate in inspection meetings as needed
-Enter and manage Material Test Reports and related heat number data generated by Production or as supplied by component vendors
-Communicate with vendors to ensure documentation accuracy, completeness of testing reports, testing procedures, and legibility
-Produce original documentation packages to include drawings, manuals, procedures, and work instructions
-Develop and maintain documentation libraries and records
-Maintain existing documentation department forms and certificates in the proper formats
-Evaluate all documents for completeness and accuracy and resolve discrepancies
-Collect available documentation into a central repository and establish documentation baselines
-Manage and archive documentation (manufacturing and Quality-based) according to established policies and procedures
-Track and log quality related issues with documentation
-High School Diploma/GED required, Associates Degree preferred
-Two (2) years of related experience, manufacturing environment preferred
-Proficient in a variety of computer software to include but not limited to Microsoft Office, Visio, SharePoint, and PDF applications
-Demonstrated ability to work successfully both as an individual and in a team environment
-Requires strong organizational skills including the ability to multitask and to prioritize projects based on importance
-Safety ownership, awareness, and excellent workplace safety practices required
-Perform work of a miscellaneous nature as required
