Job Purpose:

  • Project management, lead and support across a wide variety of legal operations projects globally.
  • Identify and implement efficiency improvements with a focus on using technology.
  • Provide general support to the Global Law Department Operations Team and the Global Legal Function.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive successful strategic and operational initiatives with on-time and on-budget results.
  • Assist in defining project requirements and project expectations together with partners.
  • Measure and report on project performance and landmarks, supervise and mitigate project risks.
  • Lead work of project teams.
  • Develop playbooks and processes, generate reports, and implement data-driven strategies to control costs, forecast resources, and budget needs.
  • Help in identifying and implementing legal technology solutions to streamline new or existing processes, as well as managing design, rollout, and training for new systems.
  • Implement, measure, and analyze metrics that advise decision making, turning them into actions that deliver improvements.
  • Provide general support to the Global Law Department Operations Team and the Global Legal Function.
  • Act as a systems administrator for various legal technology tools, conduct training, deliver reports and provide user assistance. Provide high-level technology support in collaboration with IT and legal technology vendors.
  • Trouble-shoot issues and ensure proper and reliable resolution
  • Prepare communications, presentations, training, and other materials.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams within the legal function as well as other functions.

Requirements

  • University degree
  • 1-3 years of related professional experience
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to handle a variety of ad hoc projects collaboratively with the team as they arise
  • Flexibility and ambition to learn new skills and adapt to new, adventurous situations
  • "Out of the box" thinking
  • Constantly searching for ways to improve processes
  • PC skills: MS Office Proficiency
  • Experience in working with SharePoint, Nintex, DocuSign, or other platforms is considered a plus
  • Languages: English Proficiency
