Under general direction from the Program Director of Digital Customer Experience, the Software Entitlements Digital Product Manager is responsible for setting the roadmap and standards of the software solutions digital experience which support the various business strategies and support customers working in a digital environment. The Product Manager will collaborate with key business stakeholders and solution delivery teams to deliver solutions to the market maintaining a culture of enablement and cooperation among various stakeholders. The job scope includes setting the program roadmap aligned with strategic initiatives, prioritizing use cases based on business value delivered, achieving alignment with Emerson Automation Solutions cross-functional teams and driving customer engagement.
AS A SOFTWARE ENTITLEMENTS DIGITAL PRODUCT MANAGER, YOU WILL:
- Collaborate with Business stakeholders and IT to define required functionality prioritizing activities supporting the long-term roadmap and business goals in our served markets.
- Support Emerson Automation Solutions Business and World Area customer adoption activities of delivered solutions measuring delivered vs. expected value.
- Lead Product Manager/Product Owner meetings and act as escalation point for business clarifications for current and upcoming program increments.
- Research and understand customer needs based on direct customer engagement, third-party research, and analytics from existing tools.
- Work with Emerson, Emerson Automation Solutions, and Emerson business unit and World Area stakeholders to ensure digital and IT efforts are communicated and coordinated throughout the organization.
- Define, collect, and report key business, technology, usage and experience metrics.
- Bachelors degree required.
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
- Ability to travel internationally up to 25% annually (post COVID restrictions).
