Supports Customers and Sales Engineers with the following - issues quotations, active follow-up, technical reviews, project co-ordination, technical order entry, customer communication and trouble shooting, maintains price lists/discount structures.


PRINCIPLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Issues quotations and follow-up on them to ensure a maximum quotation to order conversion ratio
• Enters orders on a technical basis into the business process
• Co-ordinates with manufacturing facilities in case of technical issues, lead-times and projects
• Supports Customers by telephone, e-mail and other communication possibilities
• Advises customers and EPM Sales Engineers on technical solutions and benefits
• Attends customer project reviews and product inspections
• Negotiates sales orders with customers within agreed delegation of authority
• Travels to customers to support sales initiatives (as requested by Sales Engineers)
• Supports / entertains customers for in house visits and seminars
• Is responsible for screening and use of all relevant procedures related to Export Compliance Policy
• Responsibility for all trade compliance related activities


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE



• University/Secondary school education – technical specialization
• At least 2 years of relevant experience of instrumentation - engineering companies, work with documentation, business cases –, or active interest in instrumentation, measurement and analyze in case of fresh graduates of Technical University
• Use and update tools as CRM, JDE, ORACLE, WCC, SharePoint, etc
• Fluency in English, Hungarian native
