SUMMARY OF ROLE


Responsible for all sales and marketing activities of designated division– direct sale, marketing – to support business growth.

PRINCIPLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


• Look for new business opportunities in delegated sectors and territories
• Keep close business contacts with key customers, organize regular visits to customers
• Follow and develop targets related to orders, sales and profit
• Negotiate sales orders with customers within agreed delegation of authority
• Perform business analysis of the market, monitor the market situation and competitors
• Participate actively in sales campaigns and events organized by our customers
• Prepare and develop business strategy to implement new products and solutions
• Co-ordination with manufacturing facilities in case of technical issues, lead-times and projects
• Advise customers and Sales Engineers/Desk Sale Engineers on technical solutions and benefits
• Screening and use of all relevant procedures related to Export Compliance Policy and all Trade Compliance related activities

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE


• University education – technical specialization
• Proven strong sales and technical experience in valves sector
• Fluency in English, Italian native
• Willingness to travel
• Motivated and initiative personality
