The position exists to provide excellent support to Pressure Management North America trade operations in terms of but not limited to order entry, acknowledgement, and processing.  Acts as interface between Sales Offices, Impact Partners, Channel Partners, and factories to manage orders efficiently.

  • Checks for completeness of order documents
  • Review Contracts & Orders received for both MRO and Projects from Local Business Partner/Sales
  • Coordinates with inside sales engineers, project managers, respective salesperson or factory for technical and commercial clarification of the order
  • Checks part number and extracts customer-specific information from business systems
  • Requests for part number, customer / Vendor and end user set up not readily available in the system
  • Ensure adherence to local and International Trade Compliance and Due Diligence procedures about all transactions and business practices.
  • Verifies if discounts and commissions adhere to business unit policy and ensure approved as per delegation of authority
  • Checks payment terms thoroughly, inform the OM/PMO for actions to set up of bank submission documents
  • Validates and calculates pricing using system tools
  • Enters/manage orders in Fisher First 2 (FF2), Oracle, SAP,  and other internal systems and coordinates the customer order cycle (Customer & Vendor setup, item setup, Order entry, Purchase requisitions, change orders), owning the relationship with Impact Partners and the sales team, in accordance with department procedures.
  • Generates and Sends Customer Order Acknowledgement
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Commerce, or equivalent.
  • 1.5 years work experience related to Customer Service, Sales, Order Administration, Purchase Orders and Contracts review is a plus
  • Familiarity with industrial regulators or pressure control devices is an advantage.
  • Knowledge in SAP and Oracle business systems is an advantage.
