In this role you will:


• Leverage the local Sales channels and Service teams to identify and qualify opportunities to be maintained in CRM
• Collaborate with the local Sales teams on the creation of a multi-year business forecast for PSS STO by systematic whitespace analysis
• Work to standardize and improve the STO-upgrade sales processes across all EU countries (templates, tools, pricing, sales collaterals.)
• Provide input to Marketing regarding STO-Upgrade Development, Service or Training offerings including localization according to local needs
• Assist countries with converting qualified opportunities into orders by positioning STO services and incremental offerings including in-house and customer presentations
• Integrate all contributors to STO quotes to enable an effective and timely generation of quotes and thrive to continuously improve
• Work closely with Lifecycle Services Operations to ensure the tools and the process allows to meet annual targets and also to support operations planning

Performs other additional specific duties, when requested by the business. The business reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments in line with business requirements. For this role you will need:

• Degree in (Industrial) Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years industry experience with 3 years' service-sales related experience, professional experience in coordinating initiatives / programs, in managing process development & implementation .
• Strong understanding of industrial environment, commercial exposure (preferred)
• Understanding of STO, pricing analysis, customer value proposition
• Ability to present clear and concise information to team, internal customers, and external customers
• Good English communicator with other European languages preferred
• Team player, results orientated with influential and analytical skills
