Highlight Top / Key Responsibilities for this position Manage global materials availability with team members to support World Areas Manufacturing in fulfilling customer orders. Coach and motivate team members in meeting key metrics and company goals. Work with Suppliers and Cross Functional Teams (CFTs) on materials availability, delivery performance and lead-time improvements. Desired Educational Qualification Graduate with 7-10 Years of experience in Purchasing/Replnishment and 5-7 Years experience on leading a team of 2-4 People. Technical Skills / Knowledge Required Be able to work under pressure and constantly deliver results Resourceful, customer focus and high energy Passion for problem solving, able to multi-task and a team player; must have good communications skills. Degree in relevant discipline, preferably Business Administration/Supply Chain or Logistics with supervisory experience in the manufacturing environment. Working knowledge of MRP (Oracle / JDE). Good negotiation, software application and verbal and written communication skills
