Works with a team; alongside a more senior engineer as needed. / Independent customer or sales force interface TECHNICAL DISTINCTION + BU Specific : Demonstrates qualification in technical-service field. / Independent completion of service activities Industry Awareness : Takes initiative to learn industry, project, service, EPM market, customer market, business requirements / Providing Solutions : Takes direction from Senior Service Engineer for small service projects / Has a high level of general knowledge and has a service specialization - certification identified and is continuing to develop skills in this product & certification area.
