Job Summary:
We are now looking for a Customer Project Manager to lead assigned customer projects, ensuring that project goals are met, customer's expectations are fulfilled and that the customer relationship is handled in the best possible way within the scope of the contract.
You will be leading 1 or multiple projects related to Network Rollout and swap/modernisation programmes. This could be including focus on the latest technologies related to 4G and 5G.
The role will be predominantly focussed working towards network operators in the UK.
Job Responsibilities: 
•    You will establish the project plan baseline; defining the project scope, securing the vital resources and planning & supervising all activities
•    Manage project execution; tracking project activities, supervising and handling changes, conflicts and critical issues
•    Handle customer and partner engagement; building customer relationship, confidence and trust, ensuring project progress is communicated and arranging meetings and customer events.
•    Accountable for Project Financials (cost and profit as well as balance sheet)
•    Develop the business; participating in contract preparation and in pre-sales meetings
•    Develop the CPM field: simplify processes, methods and tools with creative ideas
The person:
•    You must have a Project Management background along with a Prince 2 / PMI certification.
•    You must demonstrate a minimum 5 years-experience in a similar Project Management role focussing on Radio Network Rollout / Swap / Modernisation activities.
•    A natural leader with good financial acumen and analytical mentality, with a good business understanding.
•    You will have a consultative approach with extensive market and customer insight.
•    A confident negotiator with good influencing abilities.
