Requirements

The Requirements To be a good fit for the Maintenance Technician opportunity, you will have:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in production environments. Experience with optical processing equipment is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Basic math skills.
  • The ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
  • Attention to detail.
You need to know:
  • Medium work: Requires standing for extended periods of time. Lifting up to 30 pounds occasionally and exerting up to 20 pounds of force frequently to lift racks.
  • Cleans work area on an as needed basis.
  • Helps on Saturday to perform complete system cleaning to include complete disassembly and reassemble of both coating machines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
*We will consider candidates with less experience, as long as they have the ability to learn quickly.
