To meet the basic qualification for this role, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship. In addition, to be a good fit for the Lab Operations Project Manager opportunity, you will have:
  • A bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of experience managing medium to complex projects, preferably in manufacturing, distribution and/or supply chain environments.*
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in creating project plans and delivering projects on schedule without exceeding the budget.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and motivate stakeholders.
This role can be based in Dallas or work remotely. If you work remotely, you must be willing to travel to Dallas as needed (+/- 5%).

*We will consider candidates with a little less experience, as long as they have all of the other qualifications.
