Position Summary: Director, Program Management with strong delivery experience of large multifunctional projects/programs, with strong IT (application and / or infrastructure) experience and execution focused. Prior experience leading Business and IT projects and work initiatives working both independently and with PMO leads. Strong executive presence to work with partners/vendors on a daily basis. The Director will be initially responsible for the global roll out of MES across all manufacturing sites in ELC, but will also be responsible for coming up with at technology roadmap with the engineering and manufacturing teams. The right candidate will know how to build sustainable teams to manage these new technologies, balancing global and local requirements. As part of the role, the director will ensure the right infrastructure, cybersecurity and network is implemented along with manufacturing technical transformations Function as a project leader and IT professional, applying technical expertise and project management best practices (including Agile) to help ensure projects meet their goals/objectives. Responsible for overall coordination, risk management and stability of project oriented work efforts. Receives general direction and guidance, but must be able to work in a highly collaborative environment and also function as an individual contributor.
Job Description: •Senior Stakeholder management and communication. Both C-level written and verbal communication skills. •Manages one or more cross-functional projects of medium to high complexity. •Uses influencing skills extensively •Uses project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations. •Effectively applies ELC / IT PMO methodology and enforces project standards across projects and work efforts. •Assembles project plans and teamwork assignments •Directs and monitors work efforts on a daily basis •Identifies resource needs and ensures resources are accountable and delivering against their project commitments. •Performs quality reviews and follows quality assurance procedures •Manages project risk exposure and escalates functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately. •Tracks key project milestones and manages project plans, budget and/or resources to meet the needs of stakeholders based on agreed requirements and scope, using defined change control processes. •Coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that impacts the scope, budget, risk and resources (people/money) of the work effort being managed. •Provides Project Financial Management, to: a.Ensure project funding processes are completed b.Manage project budget and changes c.Track and report team hours and expenses on a weekly basis d.Update project forecasts on a monthly basis e.Track and report on project burn rate •Manages interdependencies across IT, working with other Project and Program Managers in order to identified and manage interdependent deliverables. •Ensures project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately. •Selects appropriate work procedures and approaches to address technical/functional, process and/or people challenges. •Leads and/or supports various work efforts to enhance maturity efforts of product and platform strategy, program governance and overall Portfolio management within brand technology.

Job Requirements & Qualifications: •Minimum Education level: Bachelors •Licenses or Certifications: PMP equivalent •Must have 10+ years delivering complex IT application projects/programs, especially with Manufacturing systems implementations. The right candidate will know SAP extensively but also very familiar with other technologies in the manufacturing sites: MES, Vision System, IOT, Self guided vehicles •Must be knowledgeable on and ideally hands on experience of working closely with engineering teams to bring IT and OT together •Proven record of deploying manufacturing solutions in multiple geographies; coordinating work between global and local teams •Experience in creating global deployment frameworks (blueprint), with the right change management processes in place •Extensive experience in work with external partners like Accenture, Deloitte, etc •Proven track record and experience in delivering projects within time and budget with strategic roadmaps and robust communication planning to support execution •Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools including Agile and Hybrid agile. Enterprise related expertise should include knowledge and use of resource management, portfolio management, demand management and governance techniques. •Experience leading large complex cross functional projects / programs impacting core business in multiple geographies and functions •Experience of having worked for a similar large-scale global organization in a highly matrix, dynamic and managed environment •Experience of managing relationships and deliverables across global IT and business organizations with multiple senior stakeholders •Ability to adjust to changing priorities/goals and to adapt timelines, budgets and scope accordingly •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills •Methodical in approach especially in risk management and mitigation planning •Extensive experience working with offshore/outsourced resource models •Strong technical background to ensure the technology delivered will have the right architecture and performance
