Financial Analyst IV – Enterprise Technology

The technology function is experiencing significant change relative to the evolution of Agile and its impact on measurement and processes.  It also recently launched an accelerated plan to advance the MYP mainframe and cloud strategy. ET is looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join the team as a Financial Analyst IV supporting the Technology measurement process. This role will be responsible for analyzing both financial and scorecard results to drive the appropriate outcome.  It is highly analytical and requires an individual that can multi-task in a fast paced and highly complex organization.

The Team

ET supports a team-oriented environment and this position will operate cross functionally between the technology business and the Finance organization.  This role will report up through the Enterprise Technology Finance group and will work closely with Decision Support, Finops, COE, Fidelity Tech Finance and the Technology business SME's. 

 The Expertise You Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/MIS and/or Masters' degree with a minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
  • Applicants must have exceptional analytical, communication, conceptual thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • An interest in technology data strategy and visualization (Tableau, Power BI, Anaplan experience a plus).
  • Flexibility, coaching and partnership across the team are critical to the success of the candidate.

  • Provide thought leadership and strategic direction for the Financial and Scorecard measurement.
  • Develop and maintain strategic business partner relationships across the broader Fidelity complex (Finance; Technology Business, PMO, Portfolio; Corporate, etc)
  • Drive the change across the function
  • Key resource for strategic planning relative to the scorecard process.
  • Lead, manage and develop a direct and indirect team of analysts across the function
