Job Description

In our Design Center in Budapest, our team creates technologies for the Telecommunications, Networking and cloud, Automotive market. Our portfolio includes SSR (Smart Service Router), Line card, storage systems, ADAS L4 function cards, Network switches and Manufacturing Product Introduction services as Test platform and Test equipment development for production sites.

For our Design Center team, we are currently looking for a(n)

Senior Hardware Design & Verification Engineer Strengthening our team, you would get to

What you will do:  

   

  • Be part of our highly skilled Electrical Engineering team
  • Work with state-of-the-art technologies in the telecommunication/server and automotive industry, including latest x86 platforms, High-end FPGA platforms, PCIe, Ethernet, DDR4 etc. high-speed digital interfaces.
  • Translate high level engineering requirements into electrical design
  • Electrical Verification of our complex boards/products/systems
  • Follow technology evolution of electrical measurement methods and instruments
  • Understand electrical certification requirements and supporting certification activities
  • Cooperate with other design functional teams (Electrical Design, System design, FPGA, Firmware etc.)
  • Develop new processes/tools which will make our work more efficient
  • Create and update corresponding design documentation
Fit & Experience: we want to speak with you if YOU have...
  • BSc/MSc in Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering
  • Several years of experience in hardware electrical verification
  • Digital/Power circuits and interfaces verification knowledge
  • Hands-on measurement experience with at least one of the followings: VNA, TDR oscilloscope, Spectrum Analyzer, High Speed oscilloscopes
  • System level verification experience
We consider the following experiences as a plus
  • FPGA code design/simulation
  • Active usage of  any Schematic/PCB design tool
  • Signal/Power Integrity simulation
  • Thermal simulation
  • Hands-on experience in scripting language (python, Tcl/Tk, etc.)
  • Experience in working with Electrical certifications, or Electrical certification bodies.
