Job Description

The Senior Program Administrator will be based in Kallang, Singapore. Responsible for management of customer satisfaction to ensure both company meets the goals and objectives.

Here is a glimpse of what you'll do:

  • Monitor from inception through delivery in timely manner, within budget and meet all contractual requirements in-order to sustain the long-term customer service excellency
  • Interact with customer and follow-up at all levels, both internal and external activities on matters of business outlook which includes schedule planning, material, quality, delivery, cost, product/engineering changes, new product implementation (NPI) and new business opportunities
  • Leading a team of Customer Focus Team (CFT) members to ensure program progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget, including facilitating the necessary matrix relationships. Conduct regular meetings with CFT to address project status, solution on any issues arise and undertake necessary action when needed
  • Confer with appropriate colleagues within Program Management, Operations and other Functions to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority, and to receive technical advice and resolve problems

  • Reviews status reports prepared by Customer Focus Team (CFT) members and modifies schedules or plans as required
  • May assist in metric development and tracking
  • Participate and adhere to Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (CSER) policy, programs and procedures
  • Assists in the review of program proposals or plans to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program
  • Support regulatory audit and participant any Quality management system events
  • Other relevant task as assigned

Here is some of what you'll need (required):

  • Relevant education background
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the similar capacity
  • Experience in Medical Device industry
  • Proficient in MS office applications
