  • Assist Flight Attendant Recruiters with management of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate tracking of applicant flow and data entry.
  • Assist Flight Attendant Recruiters with logistical details and requirements associated with interview scheduling, candidate travel and candidate accommodations.
  • Organize and disseminate resumes and video interview to Flight Attendant Recruiters and other interviewers.
  • Coordinate logistics for hiring events both locally and in new/conversion city markets (e.g. hotel negotiations, car rentals, audio/visual contracts, and preparing/printing event materials and signage).
  • Ensure completion of pre-employment paperwork, prepare offer and relocation letters, and facilitate the completion of pre-employment screening (fingerprints, drug screen, background checks, etc.) and onboarding activities.
  • Respond (email, phone and in person) to requests made by flight attendant candidates, new hires, and members of leadership.
  • Assist Flight Attendant Recruiters with the development and refinement of hiring practices and tools.
  • Assist in recruitment hiring events, interviewing and assessment administration.
  • Assist Flight Attendant Recruiters with management of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate tracking of applicant flow and data entry.

  • Assist in open houses, interviewing and assessment administration.
  • Assist Corporate Recruiters with the development and refinement of hiring practices and tools.

Other Functions:

  • Present company and workgroup-specific information to candidates at hiring and recruiting events.
  • Complete research tasks related to staffing and human resources strategy.
  • Provide supplemental coverage for fingerprinting, badging, and front desk support.
  • Other duties as assigned


  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience in a corporate office environment required (a combination of work experience and college coursework may be considered in lieu of this requirement)
  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Management, Marketing/Advertising preferred
  • Previous experience in staffing/recruiting strongly preferred
  • 1+ years of Human Resources experience preferred
  • Prior airline experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly efficient, detail-oriented and organized
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong critical thinking skills and capability to make sound decisions and recommendations regarding recruiting and hiring
  • Proven team player with excellent customer service skills
  • Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Effectively manages multiple tasks and priorities
  • Presents a professional, business-like image while representing the company
  • Demonstrated ability to develop good rapport with internal/external clients as well as vendors
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly master new computer systems
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and non-managerial employees
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support recruiting efforts
  • Ability to market the company effectively and skillfully when recruiting external candidates.

What Will You Be Doing?

The Associate Recruiter is responsible for supporting Frontier's strategic recruiting and hiring objectives; this is accomplished primarily by providing administrative support to the Flight Attendant Recruiters. Works in collaboration with Flight Attendant Corporate Recruiters and hiring leaders to successfully recruit and onboard new employees.
