Role Summary: Le Digital Workplace Support (DWS) est responsable du support global pour tous les utilisateurs General Electric.
A ce titre, la/le titulaire du poste rejoint une équipe dédiée à la création d'articles de support permettant aux utilisateurs de résoudre les problèmes IT les plus courants.
- Aider les chefs de produits à élaborer et structurer leur documentation de support à l'utilisateur final, et à l'exprimer en un format clair et engageant
- Former les auteurs à écrire des articles de qualité, et revoir leur travail
- Co-écrire des articles de support
- Identifier et résoudre les incohérences dans la base de connaissance en animant un dialogue entre les parties impliquées
- Autonomiser les utilisateurs dans leur utilisation des outils IT et la résolution des problèmes liés
